Garlic: Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil

1/2 cup White wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 pound spaghetti, cooked
1/4 Stick butter
3 tablespoons Chopped garlic
Grated cheese for serving
2 tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley
Recipe
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
