    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 cup chopped broccoli florets
    1 leek, trimmed and finely chopped
    1 pound asparagus, trimmed and sliced
    1 cup water
    1 cup stemmed, sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sugar peas, trimmed
    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    8 ounces linguini, cooked according to package directions
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Melt margarine in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and leek; sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add asparagus and water, cover and cook until broccoli is bright green but still firm, about 5 minutes. Uncover, add mushrooms, sugar peas, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; cook uncovered about 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, prepare linguini according to the package directions; drain and place in large bowl. Add vegetable mixture; toss to mix and top with parmesan cheese.
