Clam: Ziti with Garlic Clam Sauce

List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons corn oil
1 small onion -- chopped
5 garlic cloves -- minced
13 ounces canned chopped clams -- undrained
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
--or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
8 ounces ziti or other shaped pasta
--cooked and rinsed
Recipe
In large skillet, over medium heat, heat corn oil. Add onion; stirring frequently, cook 3 minutes, or until tender. Add garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes longer Add undrained clams, chicken broth, salt and crushed red pepper; heat to simmering. Add parsley; simmer 1 minute longer. Add pasta; toss to coat. Serves 4.
