Bacon & Jack Pizza

List of Ingredients
1 refrigerated pizza crust
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbls. margarine
1 Tbls. flour
pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb bacon cut up and fried
1 1/2 cups shredded Montery Jack cheese
3 green onions sliced thin.Recipe
Unroll the pizza crust and press onto a greased pizza pan. Prick dough a little and bake at 425¼F for 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile in a sauce pan saute the onions and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in flour and pepper until well blended. Gradually add the milk and bouillon. Bring to a boil; cooking and stirring til thick. Reduce heat and stir in the parmesan. Spread over the hot crust. Sprinkle with bacon, jack cheese and green onions. Bake at 425¼F for 8-10 more minutes until the cheese is melted.. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
