4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1 Active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/4 cups Hot water (120 -130ºF)

Makes two 12" pizza crusts. 8 Servings each. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, the yeast and salt. With electric mixer, slowly beat in water; beat 2 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With mixer on medium speed, beat in 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes, until dough is stiff. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour. Sprinkle clean work surface with 1/4 cup flour. Knead dough.
