    List of Ingredients




    * 1 lb. ground beef
    * 1 med. onion, chopped
    * 1 t. each of dried oregano and salt
    * 4 large (10 inch) flour tortillas
    * 1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped
    * 1 T. basil leaves
    * 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    * 1/4 c. parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion over med. heat until meat is done. Pour off fat. Stir oregano and salt into beef. Lightly brush tortillas with oil. Bake tortillas on 2 baking sheets in preheated 400 degree oven for 3 mins. Spoon beef mixture evenly over top of each tortila, top with equal amounts of tomato. Sprinkle with basil and cheeses. Return to oven and bake 12-14 mins. or until lightly browned.
