1 pizza crust -- baked
1 package frozen spinach -- thawed and drained
8 ounces feta cheese -- crumbled
4 roma tomato -- thickly sliced
4 scallion -- choppedRecipe
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix spinach, chopped scallion and dill weed in small bowl. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Set aside. Lay tomato slices on top of crust. Then spread spinach mix evenly over tomatoes. Next spread crumbled feta on top. Last sprinkle more oregano on. Bake at 450ºF for 10-15 minutes. Serves 8,
