2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
28 ounces tomato puree
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste


Recipe

Over medium heat, heat oil in a saucepan until hot. Add all ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Uncover, lower heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Pizza Toppings for Red Sauce: Shredded mozzarella Fresh basil Turkey sausage, cooked. Yield: 3 cups
