Pizza with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Chevre

2 twelve inch pizza crusts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes drain and chop
8 ounces crumbled chevre cheese
1/4 cup minced chives
2 teaspoons sweet basil flakes (2 tbl. fresh)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Brush crusts with oil, sprinkle with red pepper, tomatoes, chevre, chives and basil, and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle top with mozzarella and continue baking for 10 minutes longer, or until edges are browned and cheese is bubbling. Yields 16 slices.
