    2 medium potatoes, thin sliced
    1 cup sliced 1/8" leeks
    10 ounces boboli thi crust bread shell
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh roasmeary (1/2 tsp dry)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 425ºF. Place potatoes in microwave safe baking dish. Top potatoes with leeks; sprinkle with 3 tbl. water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3-6 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender. Place boboli crust on cookie sheet. Spread with sour cream to within 1/2" of edge. Arrange potatao slices and leeks over sour cream. Sprinkle wth cheese, rosemary, salt and peper. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
