Spinach & Gorgonzola Pizza

1 12" pizza crust - frozen or prepare from mix/can
3/4 cup pizza sauce: make your own non-fat sauce with 1 small can tomato paste mixed with 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and a dash of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 oz. (1 cup) gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
9 oz. package of chopped fresh frozen spinach, drained.
Recipe
Oven 425ºF. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with the onion powder. Top with the spinach. Top with the gorgonzola cheese. Bake 18-22 minutes until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
This recipe makes 6 servings, each 1/6 of the pizza.
