Spinach & Gorgonzola Pizza

1 12" pizza crust - frozen or prepare from mix/can
3/4 cup pizza sauce: make your own non-fat sauce with 1 small can tomato paste mixed with 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and a dash of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 oz. (1 cup) gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
9 oz. package of chopped fresh frozen spinach, drained.
Recipe
Oven 425�F. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with the onion powder. Top with the spinach. Top with the gorgonzola cheese. Bake 18-22 minutes until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
This recipe makes 6 servings, each 1/6 of the pizza.
