    "The Apple Bin Inn is a bed & breakfast in beautiful Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I haven't been there for years, but came across a recipe for their ham loaf in the recipe files my Mom handed over to me. "

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds ground ham
    2 ½ pounds ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    3 cups crushed cornflakes

    Syrup:
    1 ½ cups brown sugar
    1 Tablespoon dry mustard
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water

    Recipe



    Mix ham, pork, eggs, milk and cornflakes well and form into a loaf. Bake 2 hours at 350°. Baste often with syrup.
