Ginger Plum Pork Cutlet

List of Ingredients
1 pound boneless pork leg cutlets 1/2-inch thick
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 jar plum jelly or preserves (8 ounce)
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger Recipe
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork on both sides. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 10-12 minutes. Servings: 4
