Ham Paprika

2 Tbsp. fat
1 small onion sliced
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. rich prepared mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup sour cream Recipe
Melt fat in skillet. Saute onion until yellow and tender; add ham. Blend together tomato sauce, mustard and paprika. Stir into ham and simmer 30 minutes. Add sour cream and heat (do not boil). Serve over rice or noodles.
NOTE: Terrific for using leftover remnants of a baked ham, or just buy a ham steak and cut it up for this.
