    5 lb Coarse Ground Pork Butt
    1 1/3 tbsp Salt
    1 1/3 tbsp Ground Coriander
    2 tsp Cayenne Pepper -- crushed
    1 tbsp Black pepper -- course ground
    5 Cloves pressed garlic
    2 tbsp Paprika
    1 cup Cold water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
