Mango Glazed Baked Ham

12 lb Ham bone in, up to 14
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
3 cup Mango juice or canned mango nectar
1 Piece ginger peeled and coarsely chopped
1 tbl Honey Recipe
* Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Trim the fat from the ham and score the fat in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
* Place in a shallow roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes. While the ham is baking, heat the mango juice, ginger and honey in a saucepan and reduce by half.
* Remove the ham from the oven, brush some of the glaze over the entire ham, and continue baking at 325 degrees F. for another 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with the remaining glaze.
* Serves 15-20
