Maple-Mustard Glazed Baked Ham

8 lb fully-cooked ham
8 whl cloves
1/3 cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
3 tbl dijon mustard Recipe
Heat oven to 325 degrees. With a sharp knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
In a small bowl mix syrup and mustard until blended. Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until a meat thermometer registers 140 degrees. Baste ham with glaze occasionally during baking time. This recipe yields 10 servings.
