Mom's Pork Chops & Scalloped Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 medium sized potatoes
4-6 pork chops or pork steaks
About 8oz mozzarella cheese
1 cup of milk (can be low or non-fat also)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic saltRecipe
Pre-heat oven to 400
Peel potatoes and slice thin
Spread potatoes evenly in a baking pan (13x9x2 preferred)
Spread Mozzarella cheese evenly over potatoes
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt over potatoes/cheese
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt over both sides of pork chops/pork steaks
Lay pork chops over potatoes
Add the milk evenly over the top of the whole mixture
Bake at 400 for 1 hour, turning pork chops half way
If pork chops are 1 inch thick or more, they may take longer, depending on your oven.
