Peg's Pork Chops

6 pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
2 cups chopped celery
9 tablespoons brown sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 small can tomato sauceRecipe
Salt and pepper pork chops; dredge in flour. Brown in fat. Place in baking dish. Cover each pork chop with celery and 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of brown sugar. Squeeze lemon juice over sugar; cover with tomato sacue. Bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes. YIELD: 6 servings.
