Pork Chops alla Merlino

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless pork chops (2 to 3)
12 cloves fresh garlic small, chopped (12 to 15)
20 leaves fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 jar hot cherry peppers
1 cup black coffee
garlic powder to taste
salt & pepper to tasteRecipe
Rub the chops with garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper. Using a large frying pan with oil. (preferably cast iron pan) Sear the chops a few at a time for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Then add to a dish on the side. When there all done, add garlic, rosemary until brown, then add the onion cook until they caramelize. Place all the chops back into the pan, then add 1/2 the jar of cherry pepper juice, coffee and enough water to cover the chops. Place lid on and simmer at least an hour.
Note: For a spicier dish add some of the peppers to the pan also.
