    Big Sky Country Ribs & Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    3 pounds beef ribs (to 4 lbs)
    1 medium onion minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup water
    1 1/4 cups ketchup
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1 teaspoon steak sauce
    1 1/4 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    Recipe

    Brown ribs in broiler pan of oven at 400ºF 30-45 minutes. Drain off fat. While ribs are browning, combine all sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes or till flavors are mixed. Cover ribs with sauce. Bake at 300ºF for 2-3 hours. Baste with sauce as ribs darken. Serves 6-8.
