Country Pork Ribs w/ Ginger Raisin BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup ginger ale
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup light molasses
1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 pounds boneless pork country-style ribs in serving size pieces
1/2 cup CRISCO Canola Oil
Recipe
Combine ginger ale and raisins in large measuring cup or medium bowl. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Add catsup, molasses, mustard and brown sugar. Blend well.
Place ribs in large fry pan. Brown on all sides over moderate heat; about 5-6 minutes. Transfer ribs to 9x13 inch or larger baking dish. Pour sauce on top.
Bake 45-50 minutes in preheated 375°F oven.
