Crockpot German Short Ribs 2

List of Ingredients
3 1/2 lb beef short ribs
2 tbl flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbl shortening
2 med onions sliced
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 tbl brown sugar
3 tbl vinegar
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbl flour
cooked wide noodles (kept warm)Recipe
Coat ribs in mixture of 2 T flour with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides. In crockpot combine the ribs and the rest of the ingredients except for the 2 T flour. Cook on low for 9 hrs. Turn control to high . Thicken with 2 T flour mixed with a little water. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Serve over wide noodles
