Slow and Easy BBQ Country Ribs (crockpot)

2 pounds boneless country style pork ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup bbq sauce
1/3 cup plum jam or grape jelly (or any flavor)
Recipe
Spray 4-6 quart slow cooker with nonstick cookign spray. Place ribs, onions and garlic in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Drain and discard juices from slow cooker; wipe edge of cooker clean. In measuring cup, combine bbq sauce and jam, mixing well. Pour or spoonmixture over ribs, coating evenly. Cover and cook on high setting for an additional 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve ribs with sauce. Serves 6.
