List of Ingredients
4 pounds ribs
2 onions, sliced
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
Recipe
Cut between ribs nearly through, but leaving attached. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange in roaster and cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients; cover and bake in moderate oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally and turn rib slabs over at least once. Remove cover for last 5 minutes to brown ribs. Serve drizzled with sauce.
