Asparagus: Asparagus & Leek Soup

20-30 fresh asparagus spears
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 cupwater
Salt, to taste
Dash of pepper
2 cans creamed corn
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tablspoon Butter
1 cup Milk

Clean asparagus and cut into 1 inch pieces. Put into dutch kettle along with onion, salt/pepper and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to med-low heat. Simmer till asparagus is tender. Do Not drain. Add 2 cans of creamed corn, 1 tablespoon butter, and milk. Simmer till heated (do not boil) Add chopped hard boiled eggs.
