Beef: Beef Noodle Soup

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds cubed boneless beef
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 quarts water
1 pound egg noodles, unprepared
Recipe
In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts. Add vinegar to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add beef broth and water to pan. Cover pan and place in 350ºF oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles. Boil for 20 minutes.
