Cheese: Cheesy Vegetable Chowder

1 lb. bacon, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 can whole corn, drained
3 cups shredded sharp cheese
2 tablespoon flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 cup water
3 cups milk
Recipe
Cook bacon in heavy soup pot. SautÈ onions in drippings. Add broth and vegetables. Bring to boil, lower heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Combine cheese and flour and make sure all cheese is coated. Add to soup stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot with crusty bread.
