    Corn: Corn Ham Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup diced ham
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced raw potatoes
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn
    12 ounces carnation evaporated skim milk
    2 teaspoons dried parsley
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe

    In large saucepan, combine ham, onion, potato and water. Cook over medium heat til potatoes tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in corn, milk and parsley, cheddar and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring often, till mix is heated thru and cheese is melted. Serves 4.
