Fruit: Creamy Iced Cantaloupe Soup

8 cups chilled cubed cantaloupe
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
In a food processor or blender, puree the melon, honey, lime juice and peel, in batches if needed, until smooth. Add the pineapple juice and process a few seconds to blend. Add the yogurt, pepper and salt, and process briefly to blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours. Makes 8 side-dish servings.
