Seafood: Creamy Seafood Tomato Bisque

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound shrimp, deveined, halved
1/2 pound scallops, coarse chopped
1 clove crushed garlic
1 onion, chopped
1/8 cup flour -- (1/8 to 1/4)
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried basil
4 red tomatoes, peeled, chopped -- 1" pieces
Recipe
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil until soft. Add shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Add broth. Slowly add flour to thicken. Add totatoes; heat to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cream, cheese, and basil. Heat thoroughly; do not let boil.
