Fruit: Dr. Weil's Summer Melon Soup

List of Ingredients
1 ripe cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, diced (about 4 cups)
4 cups diced watermelon (seeded)
juice of 1 fresh lemon
2 teaspoons honey (liquefied in microwave 20 sec)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded, fine mince
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Recipe
Puree the cantaloupe and watermelon together. Flavor to taste with lemon juice, salt and honey. Add the minced peppers. Chill. Garnish with a few of the blueberries. Serves 6.
