Gazpacho: Elegant Gazpacho Soup

List of Ingredients
4 cups tomato soup
1 small onion, finely diced
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups tomatoes, seeded, peeled, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large cucumber, diced
2 green onions, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and puree in a blender or food processor. Chill for 2 hours and serve. Serves 6-8.
