Bean: Ham and Bean Soup

2 cans navy beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup diced ham
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded carrots
3 cups water
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Recipe
In large saucepan combine all. Mix well to combine. Bring to boil, then lower heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or til veggies tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
