    Fruit: Iced Peach Breakfast Soup

    List of Ingredients

    10 large ripe peaches, peel, pit, cut into chunks
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    2 cups water
    1 1/3 cups white wine

    Recipe

    In food processor or blender, puree the peaches, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice until completely smooth. Pour into a medium bowl. Whisk in the sour cream thoroughly; whisk in the water and whtie wine. Chill the soup, covered, for several hours before serving. Serves 6.
