    Potato: Spinach Potato Soup

    TOH Meals in Minutes, vol 3, 2000

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cubed peeled potatoes (1/2" pieces)
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1 cup thin sliced fresh or chop frozen spinach
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    In a saucepan, combine the potatoes, water, onion and bouillon; bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until spinach is tender and heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
