Sausage Potato Chowder

1 pound kielbasa, or any smoked sausage
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
3 cups cubed potatoes
3 cups chicken broth
1-10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
lemon slices and coarsely ground pepper for garnish Recipe
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces. Melt butter in Dutch oven. Add onion and celery, sautÈ until onion becomes transparent. Add potatoes and broth, bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
In small bowl, combine mushroom soup and sour cream. Blend well. Blend in milk. Add to chowder mixture with parsley and sausage pieces. Heat to serving temperature but do not let boil. Serve hot with lemon slice on top of each bowl and coarsely ground pepper to taste.
