Yellow Squash Soup

List of Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth
1 package frozen squash
2 yellow onions
2 scallions
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & black pepperRecipe
Heat broth in saucepan over high heat. Place squash, onions & scallions in broth. Boil over high heat about 5 minutes. Place squash mixture in blender. Puree. Add cream, paprika & garlic powder. Blend. Season to taste with salt & freshly ground black pepper. Serve cold or at room temp. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
