List of Ingredients
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 cup water
6 small red potatoes -- cut into fourths (about 3/4 pound)
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- cut into 1-inch cubes
1 12 ounce jar chicken gravy
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. 4 servings. SUBSTITUTION: You may use 2 cups of cut green beans in place of the broccoli flowerets.
