Crockpot Green Chile Stew

List of Ingredients
2 lb Pork or beef
2 tb Oil
3 ea Potatoes
1/2 c Onion
1 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
2 ts Salt
1 oz Green chilies, diced
Recipe
Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry until brown in oil. Dice potatoes and add to browned meat; slice onions and add, then garlic, salt, chilies and enough water to cover. Continue to add water if necessary. It will have a soupy consistency. Cook all day. Serves 4.
