Hot Turkey Casserole

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup toasted almonds
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives (optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips


Recipe

Lightly toss all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place mixture into a well greased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes ... or until lightly browned.
