Turkey & Broccoli Bake

cooked turkey,diced 2 cups
2 medium potatoes, chopped
fresh broccoli, chopped 1-1/2 cups
1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 cup
low fat milk 3/4 cup
pepper 1/2 tsp
cornflake crumbs 1/2 cup
Recipe
Slice potatoes very thinly and place in bottom of a microwave safe 2 quart (shallow) casserole dish or 9" square baking pan. Mix turkey and broccoli together and place over potatoes. In a separate bowl mix mushroom soup, cheese, milk and pepper. Stir until smooth. Pour over casserole ingredients evenly. Sprinkle crumbs over sauce. Microwave uncovered for 12 minutes. Turn dish and microwave for another 8-10 minutes. Let casserole stand 5 minutes before serving.
