Swiss n' Turkey Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 c turkey light meat, skinless -- cooked and cubed
2 c Swiss cheese -- grated
2 c croutons
2 c celery -- sliced
1 c fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c onions -- chopped
1/2 c bell peppers -- chopped
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese, croutons, celery, mayonnaise, milk, onions, bell peppers, and salt. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
