1 1/2 pounds turkey breast slices or tenderloins
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
hot cooked long grain and wild rice
Recipe
In a skillet over medium high heat, brown turkey in butter. Add onion; sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in soup and water; season with pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove turkey to a warm serving platter. Add cheese to skillet; stir until melted. Pour sauce over turkey. Serve with rice.
