1 pound turkey breast tenderloin slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup dry wite wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
lemon slices
chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Recipe
Sprinkle turkey slices with salt; coat slices on both sides with bread crumbs. Generously spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add turkey; cook 2-4 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Remove turkey from skillet; place on serving platter and cover to keep warm. Add butter, wineand lemon juice to same skillet; bring to a boil. Pour sauce over turkey. Top with lemon slices and parsley. Serves 4.
