I have no idea where I picked this recipe up -but it's a keeper.
List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium carrots -- cut into thin strips
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 pound veal, lean, all cuts -- cut into 1" pieces
3 cups cooked rice
Recipe
Combine seasonings in ziplock. Add veal and shake. In hot skillet, over medium high heat, cook the veal until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Add carrots, wine, water and lemon; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Serves 2 - 3.
