1 package veal cutlets
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt
pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 can tomato sauce
2 pats butter
parmesan cheese
Recipe
Place butter in baking dish and heat in oven to melt. Wash cutlets, salt and pepper, and roll in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish on top of melted butter. Sprinkle onions over cutlets. Pour tomato sauce over. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
