Simple Veal Marsala

Dredge veal cutlets in flour, salt and pepper to taste. Melt 3 tablespoon butter in skillet. Lightly brown 1 clove of crushed garlic, add veal and brown quickly. Remove veal to shallow baking dish.
Add to skillet 1 tablespoon butter and brown 1/2 pound freshly sliced mushrooms. To that add 1/2 cup Marsala wine and bring to boil. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour wine, mushroom sauce over veal. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
