Skillet: Bratwurst & Ranch Potatoes

3 fresh bratwurst sausages
1 package Betty Crocker ranch potatoes
2 1/4 cups hot water
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Recipe
Remove skin from bratwurst. Cook bratwurst in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces, until no longer pink; drain thoroughly. Stir in Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water, milk and mustard. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 16 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick as you'd like. Empty into serving dish; sprinkle with Topping. Let stand 5 minutes.
