Sandwich: Crabmeat Cheese Buns

2 cups shredded American cheese
1/3 cup butter
1 can crabmeat, drained, picked over
6 hamburger buns, split
Recipe
Melt cheese and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in crab meat. Place buns cut side up on broiler rack; spread each half with crab meat mixture. Set oven control to broil and/or 550ºF. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat about 2 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serves 6.
